SHIPPING  & RETURN POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking information is sent via email on the day the order is shipped out.

SHIPPING

We ship PRIORITY USPS 2-3 business days WITHIN THE UNITED STATES. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days (excluding sales & pre-orders). Most in-stock items should arrive on your doorstep or in your mailbox within 2-3 business days after the customer receives their tracking number via email. Snobby Hair is not responsible for packages delayed in transit. This includes the Holiday season.

STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Most in-stock items should arrive on your doorstep or mailbox within 7-11 business days after the customer receives their tracking number via email.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charge differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Snobby Hair is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

RETURN POLICY

Snobby Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen or mishandled packages (eg, damaged/opened parcels) during the delivery process. This includes the Holiday season. The shipping cost for orders is non refundable. When an order is returned or undeliverable for any reasons that are attributable to customer error, the customer is responsible for full shipping and/or reshipping charges.
