WHAT IS RAW HAIR?
Raw hair is 100% unprocessed human hair collected from one donor. This is the highest quality hair in the world as it is 100% natural.
HOW DO I MAINTAIN SNOBBY HAIR?
Once your hair is delivered, wash hair with a cleansing shampoo. Use products that are sulfate free. Our extensions should not be handled rigorously and should always be shampooed in a downward motion. It's highly recommended that you visit your stylist regularly to have you hair and extensions shampooed, especially when wearing a sewn in installation.
HOW MANY BUNDLES DO I NEED?
For lengths 12-14 you will need 2-3 bundles. For lengths longer than 16 inches you will need 3 to 4 bundles depending on how full you would like your hair.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing and 2-3 business days for shipping.

Returns: We do not accept returns. All Sales are Final. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received a damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@snobbyhair.com
Returned to sender: When an order is returned or undeliverable for any reasons that are attributable to customer error, the customer is responsible for full shipping and/or reshipping charges.
I THINK MY PACKAGE IS LOST, WHAT DO I DO?
We always strive to provide the best possible service. Snobby Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen or mishandled packages (eg,damaged/opened parcels) during the delivery process. Snobby Hair is not responsible for packages delayed in transit. This includes the Holiday season. The shipping cost for orders is non refundable. Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
